Monte Vista Village Center Shops

Monte Vista Village Center Shops, situated near Baseline and Ellsworth in suburban Dallas, is a modern retail plaza featuring one of the region’s best supermarkets. Its stunning design and landscaping have made it a sought-after shopping destination for area residents.

No better fit exists for the needs of your business than finding the ideal space. It enables you to showcase a wide range of products, services, and promotional materials and creates a secure and comfortable workplace for employees. At the same time, you focus on running the company’s day-to-day operations.

Monte Vista Village is the best shopping mall in Mesa for many reasons. It has a well-designed building, plenty of parking and it’s close to several great businesses. Plus, its high-end retail stores and restaurants are unmatched in the Valley. Monte Vista Village’s superior customer service and convenient location make it the ideal place for any business to thrive.

Mesa Riverview

Mesa Riverview is a regional shopping center offering dining, entertainment and retail activities. With a gross leasable area of 1,115,112 square feet (GLA), Mesa Riverview provides plenty of space for customers to explore.

The mall is situated in Mesa’s northwestern corner near Loop 202 and Dobson Road. It is owned by Kimco Realty, a real estate investment trust with more than 1,950 properties across 45 states, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and South America.

The anchor stores are Bass Pro Shops, Cinemark Theatre, Home Depot, Bed Bath & Beyond, Petco, Walmart, Marshalls, Office Max, and Jo-Ann Fabrics. Also, specialty shops like Catherine’s Footwear or Shepler’s Western Wear are located here.

Riverview’s proximity to the Chicago Cubs spring training stadium has contributed to its growth. The mixed-use development is set to expand with a few new shops.

Call it Antique/Call it New

Call it Antique/Call it New is an expansive antique mall featuring an impressive array of eclectic dealers and a consignment center for apparel & home decor items. Any Mesa resident with an eye for vintage finds must visit this destination!

It’s also a fun place to window shop. Over the years, I’ve found several interesting items here, such as an elegant swivel chair for my wife and an intricately designed curio box with its hinged lid. Plus, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is inviting.

The best part of this expansive and entertaining event is that it was the brainchild of Wisconsin businessman Rand Erbach who saw fit to transform a vacant commercial building into an attractive antique mall. Although it took some time, the results are well worth the wait – this is the ideal place for holiday shopping without breaking your budget!
